I Am Perfect As I Am.
Are you having a bad hair day, or feeling uncomfortable in your jeans? Wolf howls to the part of you that never quite feels perfect enough. Maybe you’ve been comparing yourself to others and feeling inadequate? Often we learn early on that being perfect is the way to get approval and validation, so when we fall short in our own eyes, we invalidate ourself. Perhaps you had a nitpicking parent that resulted in your own inner or outer nitpicker? Pointing out flaws in others is often a way we cover our own feeling of imperfection.
Wolf brings the energy of deep self-love and self-validation so you don’t have to look to others to get it. The more you love and accept yourself, the more you become comfortable in your own skin and less claustrophobic in your life. Take steps toward feeling attractive to yourself!
When we reject parts of ourself we end up asking others to accept apsects of us that WE haven’t accepted. The more we accept ourself fully, the easier it is to lovingly take care of our bodies and our personal environment. Wolf also reminds you to connect with your inner self, that which is expansive and eternal….and always perfect.

Practice saying I love you multiple times to yourself throughout the day or right before bed.
Body dysmorphia will keep you feeling unattractive and unsightly. Find holistic therapies to clear up a distorted body image.
Be honest about how you see yourself, as well as how you think people see you. Make healthy changes to feel attractive on the inside and out!
Notice if you’ve overly-use sexual energy to validate yourself, to get attention or to stay safe in your life. Work on self-love techniques to identify and balance this.
Past sexual abuse can lead to a deep sense of feeling imperfect and dirty. Talk therapy and hypnotherapy are two helpful tools to work through unresolved trauma.
Connect with your 5 year old self and see if anything comes to mind around not feeling good enough or perfect enough. Journal any insights.
Do you feel like you have to be overly tidy and a clean-freak? Or the opposite, you let dust and stuff pile up and can’t seem to clean? Both are showing you a sacral imbalance related to an inner sense of “cleanliness.” Contemplate how this shows up for you.
Journal about times you felt/feel best about yourself. What are the key components to restore and sustain a sense of attractiveness inside and out?
Do you escape how uncomfortable you are in your body by drinking alcohol or excessively shopping? Identify and ask your higher self to give you clues for healing.
Were you inappropriately sexualized at a young age? See what memories show up.
What is your relationship/view of your thighs? Do you hate them or judge their appearance? Make a conscious effort to improve your relationship with your thighs.
The sense of smell helps us access stored trauma in our amygdala. Use pure essential oils as a tool for healing.
Remember…the most beautiful traits in any human are authenticity and self-esteem.
