  3. Notice how you feel after being in groups or around certain people. Are you left feeling their feelings? Observe what you feel both in body and emotions.

  4. Make an intention to stay in your own energy and see how that feels. Notice when you start merging with others and losing the sense of sovereignty.

  5. Are you an empath? Have you always wanted people to feel good so that you can feel good? Do you constantly want to save or fix people? Remember that we can assist others, but we all have to do our own inner work.

  6. Your greatest protection is to stay in your heart. Nothing can penetrate the love frequency. Notice what it feels like when you are in the heart versus when you are not.

  7. You may be sensitive to unseen energies. Explore developing your extrasensory gifts so you know if your anxiety might be your ability to feel spirits.

  8. If you feel overly emotionally sensitive, talk therapy can help you work on your trauma triggers so you no longer take everything personally.
