I Can See Clearly.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by the many tasks and decisions at hand, lizard brings you the message to step out of worrying and over-analyzing so you can regain In-sight. Clear vision or clairvoyance is only attained when you can calm your fears and get out of survival-mode, allowing you to focus on one task at a time. When we are holding onto an enormous amount of fear, it is impossible to calmly accomplish all that we need to do. This is the moment when it is best to immerse yourself into a creative hobby, a walk in nature or a meditation practice that returns your one-pointed mind.

Have you been feeling unseen by everyone around you, or are you fearing not finding or losing someone that really sees you? Lizard’s message is to connect inwardly to truly see yourself. When you reconnect with the stillness of your innermost being you can regain clear sight.

Returning to a meditative, inward perspective will help you remember that not everything has to be done all at once. Pace yourself. Trust that time is on your side. Close your eyes and visualize your desired outcome to “real-eyes” your goals, dreams and visions. Once you can see it clearly in your mind’s eye you can manifest it.

Action Steps:

  1. Find a creative hobby such as drawing or playing an instrument to keep your mind focused.

  2. Contemplate what you may be afraid to see or to look at in your life and write it out or tell a friend or therapist.

  3. Take moments throughout your day to shift from thinking, planning, and doing to feeling and just “being.”

  4. Clear your third eye using crystals, water, meditation on a candle flame, or by taking a nap.

  5. Take a break from phones, computers and electronics for a period of time. If you are using your mind a lot with work or studying, take breaks to get into your body.

  6. Do you often find yourself spinning in circles to get everything done while feeling like you get nothing done? Observe this pattern and take conscious steps to slow down and do one task at a time.

  7. Get out of survival-mode fear by getting into nature, clearing over-stimulation will connect you back to your intuition.

  8. Spend time with animals.

  9. Rubbing your hands together and placing them on your forehead will bring blood flow to your front brain to get you out of overwhelm.

  10. Contemplate if you are in “fight” mode. (Feels like fight/attack/go go go mode, like you can’t shut your power switch off). Find ways to reset your nervous system like conscious diaphragmatic breathing and yogic breathwork techniques.

  11. Wear or carry the gemstone Fluorite to help clear and protect your third eye.

  12. Are you afraid to be seen? Reflect on how you feel when in the spot-light.

  13. If you are feeling like, “what is the point of any of this since we all just die anyway?” Sit down in silence and journal/write about your fears. See what comes up.

  14. Are you moving so fast to avoid losing control? Slow down and come back to your breathing.
